Acrylic Emulsion Paint
Sand papering, cleaning the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks/holes with P.O.P, applying cement primer, 2 coat putty, sand papering for smoothness, applying 2nd time cement primer & synthetic enamel for hardness, applying 2 coats of paint with sand papering & doing required touch-up before every coat.
Luster Paint (Minor Bubbles)
Method for surfacing & painting are same as per No. 1 (multi-stage P.O.P leveling, cement primer, 2-coat putty, hardness enamel & meticulous touch-ups before final luster coats).
Dark Computer Colour Luster Paint
Method for surfacing & painting are same as per No. 1 with specialized deep-base computer-matched pigment formulation ensuring zero blotchiness and rich uniform dark luster tone.
Royal Aspira Paint
Method for surfacing & painting are same as per No. 1 with ultra-luxury water-repellent Royale Aspira coats delivering hydrophobic barrier and flame-retardant surface protection.
Enamel Paint (Without Putty)
Method for surfacing & painting are same as per No. 1 without putty stage for select metal, wrought iron, or seasoned timber substrates.
Zinck Paint (Zinc Anti-Corrosion)
Method for surfacing & painting are same as per No. 1 with heavy zinc chromate cathodic protection coating engineered to prevent oxidation on luxury architectural steel & iron structures.
Jotun Hygiene Silk Paint Finish
Method for surfacing & painting are same as per No. 1 with antibacterial, antifungal, and low-VOC Jotun Silk formulation tailored for master suites and luxury dining spaces.
Synthetic Enamel Water Cutting Paint
Surfacing and smoothness are same as No. 1, applying minimum 3 coats of enamel paint with sequential ultra-fine waterproof wet-sanding before every single coat for a mirror glass surface.
M.R.F. P.U. Paint (Metal Cote Polyurethane)
Grinding with alioxide paper, applying epoxy primer, filling N.C. Putty, grinding with waterproof paper for smoothness, applying 1 coat base, applying 3 coats of MRF metal cote Paint, grinding with waterproof paper between coats.
Duco Automotive Paint
Grinding with alioxide paper, applied oxide primer, filled N.C. Putty, grinding with waterproof paper for smoothness, applying 1 coat P.S. Grey, applying 3 coats of Duco Paint, grinding with waterproof paper.
Duco in Mother Pearl
Method for surfacing & painting are same as per No. 10 with imported Mother of Pearl natural iridescent mica coats, clear topcoat, and precision optical buffing.
Melamine Matt Spray Polish / Glossy / Lacquer
Grinding with alioxide paper, filling with required colours in lamby, 1 coat of sealer + 2 coats of Matt/Glossy/Lacquer, grinding with water paper before every coat.
P.U. Coating Clear (Without Staining)
Method for surfacing & application is same as No. 11 with pure non-yellowing crystal clear polyurethane protection preserving raw timber grain.
Lamination (Clear Without Staining)
Grinding with alioxide paper, applying 1 coat of epoxy, filling lambi of matching colours, grinding with alioxide paper, applying 3 coats of Epoxy and lamination by spray, grinding with waterproof paper and buffing with imported chemicals.
P.U. Colors Coating (Pigmented / Machine Tinted)
Method for surfacing & application is same as No. 13 with custom machine-tinted Italian polyurethane pigment systems in custom designer shades.
Dark P.U. Colors Coating (Pigmented)
Method for surfacing & application is same as No. 13 with high-solid dark shade formulations (midnight charcoal, Jaipur crimson, royal navy, emerald green).
Lamination in Colour Pigments (Machine Tinted)
Method for surfacing & application are same as No. 14 with high-gloss mirror resin buffing for ultra-sleek wardrobe and panel lamination.
Dark Lamination in Colour Pigments (Machine Tinted)
Method for surfacing & application are same as No. 14 with specialized piano-black and deep dark epoxy pigment polishing.
Nature Wood / Dead Matt Finish (P.U. Clear)
Grinding with alioxide paper, filling lamby & applying 3 coats of Renovation coat by brush/spray, sand papering with waterproof paper before every coat for an invisible raw timber touch.
Apex Ultima Exterior Paint Finish
Cleaning surface, washing with water, filling crack seal for cracks, applying 1 coat of water base exterior primer with consistent dilution, 2 coats of Apex Ultima for luxury finish without paste.
Apex Ultima Protect
Method for surfacing & application is same as No. 20 with advanced elastomeric waterproof membrane system bridging masonry micro-cracks against tropical monsoons.
Weather Shield (I.C.I. / Dulux)
Method for surfacing & application is same as No. 20 with ICI silicone protective formula providing UV stability and fungal resistance on villa facades.
Weather Shield Max (I.C.I. / Dulux)
Method for surfacing & application is same as No. 20 with maximum anti-fungal barrier coat and thermal reflection.
Birla Putty (3-Coat Application)
Applying 3 coats of genuine Birla White Wall Care Putty for perfect glassy smoothness, pinhole elimination, and true flatness.
Gold Leafing (Architectural Gilding)
Precision surface sizing, applying genuine gold leaf sheets, gentle badger hair brushing, and clear archival varnish sealing on ceilings and trims.
Black Board Paint (On Plywood)
Multi-grit leveling on plywood substrate followed by non-reflective high-durability blackboard enamel coats for study suites and creative spaces.
Silver Leaf / Champion Leafing
Precision leafing with pure silver and champagne alloys, antiqued burnishing, and non-tarnishing acrylic sealers.
Wood Staining

French Polish (Traditional Shellac)

Project Payment Terms
Our structured 4-stage disbursement schedule ensures continuous quality audit and transparent progression from surface prep to final coat handover.
Stage 01: Mobilization Advance
Payable with job start as initial material and labor mobilization advance.
Stage 02: Surface Preparation
Payable during work-in-progress, upon completion of Lambi & Putty surfacing.
Stage 03: Primary Coat Application
Payable upon successful application and thermal inspection of the 1st coat.
Stage 04: Final Coat & Handover
Payable upon completion of final coat, buffing, and final client signoff.
Site Execution Terms & Protocols (1-20)
To guarantee pristine museum-grade finishes and eliminate site defects, the following 20 standardized terms govern all projects executed by MNayakArts.
Floor & Ceramic Protection
Cleaning and covering charges for flooring, tiles, glass, mirrors & ceramics will be extra / on lumpsum basis.
Jurisdiction Scope
This quotation and scope of execution is under the jurisdiction of Greater Mumbai / Jaipur Atelier Registry.
Outstation Projects
Outstation charges will be applied on project's outstation member @ 20.0% on the total bill amount.
Final Measurement Billing
Final billing amount will be based on actual work executed on site with mutually submitted measurements.
Rate Validity
This rate list is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and may be adjusted per material inflation.
Statutory Taxes (GST)
SGST / CGST / IGST @ 18.0% will be charged additional on the total bill amount. Rates are exclusive of taxes.
Electrical Fixtures Fitting
All electrical fittings (lights, sockets, fans, fixtures) should be completed after 1st coat before final coat begins.
Substrate Rectification Protocol
Any surface faults in carpentry or P.O.P must be rectified by respective contractors prior to painting.
Site Labor Working Hours
Standard working hours on site are 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to maintain full productivity.
Continuous Trades Sequence
Final painting coats commence only after all continuous trades (electrical, civil, carpentry, P.O.P) are completed.
Society Work Schedule Factor
1.5% extra / additional on total bill is applicable if society enforces restricted short-duration work windows.
Structural Waves & Undulation
Lambi/Putty provides surface smoothness; structural masonry undulations must be corrected at civil/POP stage.
Third-Party Breakage Clause
We are not responsible for items accidentally damaged or broken on site during prior multi-contractor activities.
Glass & Mirror Protection
All glass and mirrors must be covered with protective film by suppliers before fixing to prevent micro-scratches.
Marble Surface Shielding
All polished marble surfaces must be protected with acrylic sheets, PVC carpet or tarpaulin after final polish.
Actual Lighting ON Requirement
Actual architectural lights must be fixed and turned ON after 1st coat so real illumination can guide final finishing.
6-Day Climate / AC Stress Test
Air conditioning must run for at least 6 days after 1st coat to test thermal stress & rectify micro-cracks before final coat.
Curing Timelines & Urgent Notice
Minimum 5 days required for final paint coats and 2 days for PU/Lamination. Rush areas require 10-day advance notice.
Standardized Mode of Measurement
Official standardized measurement metrics for planar walls, double-height spaces, mouldings, carved edges, and cabinetry.
Planar & Height Calculations
- Rule 1: Height Surcharge: For heights above 10 feet, rates will vary from standard by adding 50% to applicable rates.
- Rule 2: Plain Surface Area: Standard rates are calculated as Length × Width = Area for plain unobstructed surfaces.
- Rule 3: Fixed Surface Multiplier: All fixed architectural surfaces are measured as 1.5 times the nominal surface area.
- Rule 6: Ceiling Polishing: All ceiling polishing surfaces are measured 2 times as per dimensional layout.
- Rule 7: M/S Grills & Metal: All M/S grills and steel surfaces are taken in 2-part measurement of actual size.
Mouldings, Grooves & Edge Profiles
- Rule 2a: Mouldings or Grooves up to 4mm are measured in single Rft; above 4mm are measured proportionally in multiples of 1".
- Rule 2b: Polishing of wooden mouldings up to 1" is measured in single Rft; above 1" is measured proportionally in multiples of 1".
- Rule 2c: Melamine Polish / PU / Lamination & Duco on Edges, Patti, Shutters, Doors, Windows, Drawers & Ceiling Facia are measured in Rft.
- Rule 2d: Each and every face of a surface is measured separately in Rft if up to 5", and above 6" is measured in Sft.
- Rule 5: Carving & Texture: Intricate carving, 3D texture cutting & CNC profiles are measured as per design minimum 5-part factor.
